Nitasha Wiegman is the President of NASCC. Originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine, she is a proud boy mom to a one-year-old and a dog mom to five English Cream dachshunds. Her husband served as a drone pilot in the Marine Corps, and after years of living overseas, they fell in love with Annapolis and chose to put down roots in this welcoming, tight-knit community.

Nitasha has spent much of her career in pediatric cardiothoracic surgery and clinical education, working with heart teams and healthcare professionals across the United States and internationally. She is also a small business owner and has taught marketing for Dog Tag Inc. and Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies. Nitasha is honored to serve as President of NASCC and to support the Club’s mission, traditions, and community.

Jenn Macris is the Vice President of NASCC. Originally from Southern California, she met her Navy husband in Monterey, CA, and together they have enjoyed a Navy journey that included assignments in Jacksonville, FL; Whidbey Island, WA; Bahrain; and Annapolis. Following a 31-year Navy career, her husband retired and now serves as Dean of Ethics & Leadership at the Naval War College in Newport, RI.

Jenn splits her time between Annapolis and Newport and is the proud mother of five children, including three who are currently serving on active duty in the Navy. Professionally, she serves as Director of Planned Giving at the Naval Academy Foundation. A dedicated member of NASCC since 2001, Jenn has previously served the organization as both President and Historian and is honored to continue supporting the Club's mission as Vice President.
